On nov 8th whitetail deer all over the country whitetail change there eating patterns. They switch over to Browes. They eat bark, little trees, leaves, tree shoots and its all in the woods. Its like a light switch they go over to browes. Dr. Ken Norsberg great whitetail man hes taught me alot about whitetails.

Sometimes, I feel there should be a record list for body size and weight. About four years ago, I arrowed a nice eight, nothing special as far as his rack went, but when I got up to him on the ground, he was a horse of a deer. My butcher even commented when I brought him in he was one of the biggest deer he had ever seen. Dressed out on my butcher's scale, he weighed 254 lbs.
