Amen! I was a school secretary for seven years. I absolutely loved my job and loved the kids. So many amazing memories. However, the greatest struggles I had were with the parents. It was heartbreaking to me to watch helicopter parents hovering around their children. We do such a disservice to our children if we don't teach them responsibility. God bless you for all that you do. Keep up the great work.

I love this post, sweetie. Parents can’t be their kids best friend. They got to take responsibility for the way. Their kids are growing up and don’t blame the school staff when they turn out bad.

Hello there. I hope you can read this comment. There are 2 kinds of mother one that birth a child race it and love them anther kind just have babies and give them or neglect them. The same with chicken eggs laying and the one that incubate them if they don't have a rooster they know it's not fertility so they don't lay on it. So if they are the egg laying kind you need to use or sell/donate them. Read about I have one egg laying and don't have to buy eggs she lays one a day. Be nice to them.

This is a person who clearly doesn’t know a lot about chickens. First why insulation, that stuff is harmful. Second chickens lay eggs even without a rooster. That is why people get them…to eat the eggs. The only reason you need a rooster is if you want more chickens. Also, not all roosters are mean they are mostly just loud.

If you raise rooster correctly then they're not going to be mean I have a rooster that I've raised since he was just a baby and sits in my lap and eats out of my hand
