We're not even done paying for the current stadium. How about we finish paying for that before the billionaire Haslams extract more money from Cleveland tax players. The Haslams have demonstrated they cannot be trusted to manage the Browns financially nor professionally (Deshaun Watson, need I say more) and they surely should not be entrusted with another billion dollars of taxpayer money.
