You need to part your hair. In smaller sections. You have beautiful hair.

You need to section your hair and always start from the top. This way whatever flakes fall down don't get into bottom section that u already scratched. It would be so much easier for someone else to do it for you. At least the back

You have gorgeously long beautiful hair. My scalp use to tht as well my oldest sister I don't our over sister or brothers scalp does it or our parents for tht matter. But tht stuff hurts like hell, I don't see how your not tender headed. I use to love to scratch it off my scalp & my older sister. Being the youngest liked doing stuff other didn't like doing.
