I talked to you before but right now I’m struggling with it I’m not diagnosed by a doctor, but I know I have it. It makes me want to be physically aggressive to whoever is making the sound if they’re doing it intentionally that’s how bad it is. It makes me extremely angry where it’s to the point where I have to run away because it irritates me so much I obviously don’t hit them but I live with a very smart breed of dog he’s a Doberman. They are very intelligent, but he has learned that I hate the sound of him, licking his lips and now whenever I walk by him or enter the room, he does it intentionally and just stares at me. Like he will be sleeping get up and start doing it constantly, licking his lips and looking at me. Some people think it’s funny he does that , but it really makes me hate him I guess I’m just looking for a way to make it better or if you have any channels, you can recommend me to. but I’m really struggling with it. Edit it’s also just the motion too. I don’t like seeing him, lick his lips it also irritates me too even if I can’t hear it. I don’t know if anybody has that too.

You make a beautiful mermaid! Your grandparents made a good choice. I thought about getting the aquamarine tail often but haven't got around to it yet. I should though after seeing this because it looks better in this video than it does on the Fin Fun website. I too experienced the tightness around the ankles and waist with my first tail, the Fin Fun artic blue. Still feels a bit snug around the ankles but otherwise it's better fitting now. 🌿 Progress is progress. It may seem slow at times or it may feel like others are sprinting past you as you take one itty bitty step at a time. But this is your journey and I assure you that that little step is so huge and it is so beautiful. This could look like: making it through an event or scenario that would normally trigger you but didn’t; not feeling obligated to heal for others, but wanting to heal for yourself and your inner child; the ability to trust and to listen to yourself and your inner child without shutting him/her down with self doubt, gaslighting, or denial; setting aside time to be still; and having grace and compassion for yourself and for where you are at- this is something that I am personally struggling with in this season of my journey. One night, while I was struggling with the weight of wanting to understand every little detail of my trauma, my past, and how it is effecting me now, I broke down in a great frustration when I heard the voice of a much younger version of me cry, “why am I not enough?” I was brought to a place of really asking myself, what is my reason behind healing? Is it for me or is it for someone else? I sometimes find myself sinking in a mud puddle of shame and guilt, thinking it would be selfish and wrong to want healing for myself. It’s been a battle to now stand my ground against that self doubt and denial and to choose that little me because she is enough. What she went through is enough. She does not require more to be heard or for her experiences to be valid. She is enough. And she does not require less to be unashamed or to be free of blame. What she went through is real and valid and she does not require anything else to be eligible for your healing, love, grace, or compassion. What you experienced is enough and it is valid. And these little steps you are taking towards your healing are huge. Rejoice! Praise God. Without the Lord, I wouldn’t have made it to this season because in the grand scheme of life, I am not enough. I cannot do this on my own. It is He that has brought me this far and I cannot express my gratitude. Thank You, Jesus for everything. You are enough. 🌿🤍 #Jesusheals #childhoodtrauma
