This is Awesome! Susan Pinsky
Thank you so much. We didnt realize you had a similar journey! It was great to learn that!
There was so many mistakes including a dropped rifle
Good catch. I almost missed that
Outstanding performance, everyone seemed fairly competent and knew what they were doing. it seemed lack snap, precision, and was fairly sloppy. uniforms did need a some work, mainly blousing. But I did throughly enjoy the sets and general effect of the performance.
Excellent! Some petty comments of jealous??? In the comments
It was pretty hairy when I was involved
Just one question. Why so much? Too many maneuvers at too fast of a pace will sacrifice good snap, precision, and unison.
It is their thing. You want slow and locked on look up the Air Force. the AF and the Navy have the two best teams.
The Army Fires Artillery For Ceremonies
SupDawg 410 to cover up their subpar drill.
Happen to know when drilling like this was developed? A bunch of GI's in the world wars with bolt action riffles just messing around while they were board?
Goes back even futher. It developed as a way for units to impress commands and show up other units back in the 1800s.
@@meatbyproducts That was very nice how you explained the history of how it began.
@@Mom-USMCRichardUSMCChristopher thank you. I was on the Air Force Drill Team years ago and Liked the crazy moves the Navy guys did. Had a few friends on thier team. I go out and teach drill to various JROTCs in my area. Navy has the craziest moves, Air Force has the sharpest drill team, Marines have the best line, and the Army is weak when you look at their Drill Team. Drill is an amazing tradition and can be made to look awesome.
@@meatbyproducts It's really amazing how the team works, and it's a so nice that you are out there teaching what you learned to do. Definitely an asset to the future of military. Thank you for responding to me again.
Ouch , I winced when I saw the rifle get you on the nose. Wouldn't have been able to continue if I was in your shoes , good job William
you lucky son of a gun, up here they are illegal
this was pretty sloppy, but i read on another vid that they won the drill championship this year.is this true?
The Navy wins the years the Air Force does not show.
