Hi There, Unfortunately at the moment the platform doesn't post to other job sites but this is a feature that is in our development pipeline. We expect it to be delivered by July at the latest.

Thanks for the comment, the platform does have the ability for you to integrate emails... Currently we have the connection to Microsoft but are still waiting for approval from Gmail. We hope to have that soon!

Hi There, Yea I understand the question and the answer is Yes. :) When you create a website using Giig you can launch a careers/jobs page which attaches to the website and will display jobs that you attach to the ATS. Then when candidates do apply to the jobs, you will receive an email notification and be able to log in and review the profile. Which is automatically added to the system for you. We've tried to design the platform to be fully integrated for you without the need to manually set anything up. So you should be able to create an account and then you're good to go.

@user-mi6ef1cm3r thanks for flagging this with us! That is a good spot and you are right since posting this video we have removed the import feature due to the fact that the data it was pulling was not transferring as well as we would like it to. In an attempt to resolve this issue, we have decided to build a Mass CV parsing tool which will allow you to parse CVs in batches of 100. This will then pull better data into the platform creating a database of candidates that's fully searchable. This feature should go live today and will hopefully be an improvement on the CSV import that we have removed.

Hi Marko, Unfortunately not! This is something that we have created and we are awaiting approval from Google... As soon as they give us the green light it will be live and we will be good to go. I am keeping everything crossed that it will happen soon!

Hi Patrick, At the moment the Chrome App is Desktop only... The platform is not great from a mobile perspective currently. It can be used but we plan to improve the responsiveness to make it easier to use. 🙂

Hi There, Sorry for the slow reply :) Unfortunately at the moment, you are unable to link this to your existing website but this is something that we will be looking to allow in this year. We will be creating an API so you can link your existing website to the Giig platform.

Hi Sultan, With the free version of Giig we give you the tools to build a website yourself. If you sign up for the premium paid for version of the platform we will also make the website for you, if you require the support.

Hi, Unfortunately at the moment the platform will not automatically send the jobs to boards in the USA. This is something that we have on our development road map to build in the future. The current platform will automatically create you links which allow for your jobs to be shared on social media and other job boards manually.

Yes, of course. The applicant portal is designed to provide an intuitive user experience. Each page has been carefully organized to guide your applicants toward certain tasks, like the application, uploading their resume and onboarding. @@giighire

Hi, Yes we have an applicant portal that allows you to upload as many candidates as you need to. The free version of our platform places no restriction on the data that you can store on Giig. It also comes with drag and drop pipelines that allow you to manage the candidates that you're pipelining and the candidates in interview. Regarding candidates onboarding: the platform has a job board included where you can advertise 3 jobs at a time (in the free version). Any candidates that apply to these jobs will automatically be onboarded and added to your system automatically. @@user-fm7kw6hz3j

Hi Daniel, Thanks for reaching out, unfortunately at the moment the platform doesn't have a timesheet capability. So you would not be able to track hours of the temp staff that you're placing. However this is something that is on our roadmap for the future.

There is no reason you can't just use the Giig ATS and keep the original site that you have. When you say "Use it for the back office" Was there something specific you had in mind that you wanted to do?

Hi Syed, We will always be slightly biased and say that you should give the Giig Hire platform a go. 😆 Here is a link to our pricing page, should you wish to take a look at what you can get as part of the Free Forever version - giighire.com/pricing-for-freelance-recruiters/ The other platform that we hear good things about is Zoho Recruit. They also have a Free version you can use but it only allows you to add 1 job on the free package. Their popular paid for version is around $50 a month which is also quite affordable, should you wish to upgrade.

Hi @syedadnanasghar7916 I'm an independent recruiter and have been for the past 6 years. I have used a few ATSs over this time but for the past 6 months I have been using Giig Hire and would highly recommend. Their platform is easy to use, they are super responsive and supportive, and constantly developing new features. They tailor everything towards freelance recruiters so I would reccommend Giig Hire to any Freelancer for sure.

Dude you guys don't have ATS scanning software which scans resumes and gives rating itself . That's the core function of ATS software and that's why people use ATS Why are you promoting your website with ATS name if you don't have that feature
