Do you know if you can use a big mouse pad, the ones that allow you to put your keyboard on it, to build a pc on them. Becouse I do not have ani anti static surfaces that I could build the pc on and if it can't shock my pc, I'm fine putting it together on the mouse pad

Beware. Most Ali Express / Ebay variants on those "ESD" brushes seems to be non-ESD brushes (Ordinary black brushes with no ESD protection properties) I've learned that the hard way.
