I think not really toxic this sur kited and supported the team really well. That one’s emotes were used just once a match for his teammates (to show approval for supporting or disapproval for terror shock rescue). He was allowed to pallet stun hunter surely because hunter was chasing him and he wanted to buy time for team decoding. And the reason hunter got pallet stun so many times was just op just couldnt avoid the stuns
