What can you do when ur dingalin stops working from Fin side effects?
This is a big concern, isn't it? I've actually been felt it for the in 2-3 months for taking it remember i have been on Fin before my HT my body is adjusted, but it's worth getting checked out. There are healthy ways to address this, like weightlifting and getting enough sleep (7 hours is a good target). Test boosters like Maca powder is a good option
Take oral minoxidil, works wonders for regrowth of grafts.
What clinic and how many grafts did you get?
@@Belgoboy Thanks for the comment. I went to Dr Alan Kaya and we did 4250 grafts
U ll see the boost at month 7/8.
Take a biotin vitamin and use biotin shampoo. It speeds up the process. It did for me.
I have the shampoo that was given by my clinic, and it contains biotin, I use it twice a week now. I am taking biotin tablet 1 everyday
@hkhan194 I'm now on month 3, and my hair transplant coordinator just told me to start applying topical minoxidil on my transplanted area, 3 drops at night, and message softly. After a week, apply at night and in the morning for 3 months, then stop for a whole month. Then continue again until a year is completed.
@@u2fkeys665Interesting take on minoxidil from your clinic. Honestly, it's the first time I've heard about taking a break from using it. There's no need for a break, as it can be counterproductive, especially for a month. I apply 1 ml every morning after a shower, and it gets fully absorbed within 3-4 hours.
@hkhan194 I'm thinking maybe they will tell me to stop taking it after 3 months if they see my hair is fully longer and full. But if its not, they will say to continue taking it as directed at first.
I don't quite understand why you are concerned about the density of your sides. Wasn't the hair extracted from the back? They shouldn't have used your sides for the doner area
Thank you for your comment. I am more aware of the sides which would be the correct way to put it. At the moment, it's not bothering me much. They took most of the grafts from the back, with a few from the sides.
thanks for the video, i just wanna ask that why they wanted you to use minoxidil? I don't think it's require in order to get better result. Minoxidil helps to get result faster however once you stop using, some of these gonna fall down. So I highly don't recommend to use minoxidil at all. I also got hairtransplant 3 months ago and the things are going very well so far. I only use multivitamins and biotins. Hope you the things goes well for you too.
Thanks for the comment. May I ask where did you go for your HT and what's your post surgery medication?
I went to Turkey and had my hair transplant. I am very worried because it does not look good the transplanted hair and the donor area. They told me that they do not recomend Finasteride and Minoxidil. But if you do not take Finasteride and Minoxidil your natural hair will keep falling. The transplanted hair perhaps stay. I am very confuse and worried.
@@hkhan194 I live in Ankara, went to Özgür Koldaş Poliklinik in Çankaya province, Tunalı street. I got no medication. Like I said, I only take multivitamins and bitotins daily.
@@infoinglesa how long? Don't be worry, if you had transplant under a doctor control and first 10 days routine done well. I personally believed my doctor and did not take these medications. I asked him too why I shouldn't use these and he simply said that minoxidil and that kinda medications are very popular and most of hair clinics recommend to use their for clients it's because they wanted to see their clients make the moments good and everything goes swimmingly. Once you quit taking these medications, some of your hairs gonna fall down he said. If you gonna use these medications forever, go for it.
@@friendlyalien06 One month ago. The people from Turkey said the same. My worries is if I stop Minoxidil the existing hairs will falls and the transplanted will stay. Unless they had transplanted enough hairs and those existing that will falls will not make a any difference. I will take a risk and stop the Minoxidil. Thank you.
Wow I expected maybe a little or some growth at 3 months, no?
Thanks for your comment. It definitely varies for each individual. As time passes, I'm seeing more growth. Significant changes usually start to become noticeable between months 4 and 5. Around month 3, you begin to see new baby hairs (which look a bit like pubic hair, haha) starting to come in. That's where I'm at right now.
Kepp up mate. After 4 months you will be already happy. I did mine on 8th of December and in started to grow amazing. Now I am just waiting for a density to hit !
Thank you for your feedback and for watching the video. Yes, I am playing the long game, and based on my research, it's around months 4 or 5 when significant growth begins, which I'm excited about. Currently, I'm experiencing the "ugly duckling" phase.
Nice video mate , how do you wash your hair ? As if no operation has been made to scalp or you use special techniques ?
Thanks for the question. Yes just normal way use gentle massage keep it for a minute and use luke warm water to wash it off. I am using SLS free shampoo that I was given by the clinic.
How much it cost you all togather hotel, flight, surgery and supplements?
£1900, Plane ticket £90
Keep up the vids bro
Good luck man, I’m on day 9 right now and my itching has been terrible.. haven’t been able to sleep at all
I have seen the itching very subjective! I had itching here and there but nothing to write home about. I sprayed the saline solution on the implanted area every 2 hours before scab removal and aloe vera gel in my donor area, which helped!
Keep it up brother I am with you
Dont use finasteride, this destroy my life. Read about postfinasteride effect. Cancers, destroying libino permanently, stop ejaculation etc.
Like fin or dut
Hope ur on medical therapy also bro
Thanks for the comment yes from day 10 I am on Fin 1mg every day and Min 1ml everyday for the next 12 months Will be doing micro needling from next month once a month as well On 1 biotin tablet everyday as well for now
@hkhan194 fin is most important to be consistent with, and is easy to be consistent as its just popping a quick pill each day vs applying a whole topical w minox
