Does the dressing stick have to be finer then the diamond wheel/lap?
Please do not add music noise to a DIY or demo video. Insanely irritating to the ears. It hurts. It has zero purpose. It chases away viewers.
We sometimes have to reshape CBN radius profile grinding wheels (round) that over time get squarish. I have an eagle superabrasive wheel 1.5, mm radius that has worn unevenly due to heavy cnc plunging in steel . In the old days, I would toss it out, now I hand shape it , takes 10 minutes, I use combination stick of scrap carbide, scrap HSS steel, dressing stone, whatever is nearby and work the wheel as its spinning 4000 with coolant and a mask. Its a hassle but I have tried all wheel mfg and honestly, they all get misshapen over time in our shop...cnc grinders are brutal. On our weinig manual grinders, I never reshaped a cbn, but the utma is rough. I have learned CBN wheels do lose their shape and can be reshaped by hand. Eagle makes a great wheel.

could you please mention the spec and grite of the stick of the pads
dressing wheel is 60 grit: 72C60LV dressing stick is 180 grit for this wheel, but make sure to use a grit that is 1 or 2 grit steps finer than your Diamond/CBN wheel
