We really love boat life. But, sometimes I really dislike living on it. Mainly when the weather starts getting cold, rainy and windy. It is these times I miss living in our house. I miss being able to let my Khaleesi run outside to go potty and not have to walk her. I miss getting right in my car without walking in the nasty elements. I am a Floridian at heart and love tge heat.
But, I would not change this life for anything!

But, we soon learned that our slip had shallow water and was unprotected from tge rough waters of the river and fast boats. So we decided to move slips to protect out boat. Hurricane Debby Heads for Us!

In this episode we prepare for Hurricane Debby to head our way. This storm track was very unpredictable. It came ashore in S.C as a Hurricane. Travelled at 2-3 mph. Ultimately hit us as a Tropical Storm with many tornado warnings. It took 3 days for the storm to fully pass us, speeding up to 10mph and dumping loads of rain and flooding. Tadd stayed on the boat during the storm, while Karen, Jen...

Apparently there is a young alligator living in our marina. My boating neighbors have spotted him swimming around for the past few weeks. They said he was chomping on their boat scuppers. They thought the kitchen sink was draining out that scupper and perhaps he was trying to get some food scraps. our neighbors named him Gary! Well I am not happy about Gary. He will continue to grow. I fear he ...

Unfortunately it soon became very dense fog with almost zero visability. It lasted a horrible 3 hours. We lost sight of our buddy bo...

What is the approximate distance from your shower to your catch basin box ? Years ago, I bought a flexible steel cable with a spring head. It's about 10 feet long and has a handle on the end so you can rotate the cable. I believe it would work to clear your clog. You could use it from both ends of your line. I believe a similar device may be available from somewhere like Walmart, Lowes, Home Depot, or Amazon for around $10. Very best wishes. I am enjoying your videos. It is difficult to unclog the drainage pipes. I must pay a professional worker to unclog my drainage pipes every 6 months due to the bad drainage design. It is always clogged by solidified grease and hairs. The worker uses a motor driven steel line with a spring-shape head. When the machine runs, the steel line spins fast to unclog and works well.😂😂
