Where on earth do you purchase this delicacy? I haven't had Bluefin since I've returned from Japan months ago. Also, after receiving the product, did you take any extra steps to insure the fish doesnt have bacteria?
We have a Tuna Suppliers who get these flown in. There are specific curing process to ensure food safety for sure

Yes. Norwegian flash frozen.
Whats in them chef.
Combination of Scratch made Mayo and Parmesan cheese mix that gets topped into the Oyster. Finished with Citrus Soy and chili flake.
