बॉबी फिल्म में प्राण साहेब ने सिर्फ 1 रुपया लिया था बतौर फीस । जबकि उस वक्त प्राण साहेब का मार्केट रेट 3 लाख था । जोकि बॉलीवुड में हर किसी से ज्यादा फीस थी खलनायक होकर भी । हुआ ये कि मेरा नाम जोकर की असफलता के बार राजकपूर को बहुत नुकसान हुआ जिसके लिए उन्होंने बीवी के गहने तक गिरवी रख दिए थे फिर भी फिल्म नहीं चली उसके बाद बॉबी बनाने का निस्चेह किया और अपने बेटे ऋषि को भी डेब्यू किया , क्योंकि पहले से ही नुकसान में थे इसलिए उन्होंने अपने लगभग रिश्तेदारों को लेकर ये फिल्म बनाई जिसमे बेटा ऋषि,प्रेम नाथ,प्रेम चोपड़ा और नई लड़की डिंपल थी । और प्राण साहेब से राजकपूर ने कहा कि में आपको मार्केट प्राइस नहीं दे सकता हु मगर आपके सिवा किसी दूसरे को लेना भी नही चाहता हु । तब प्राण ने कहा कि ठीक है मैं तुमसे 1 रुपया ही लूंगा अगर फिल्म चली तो तुम मुझे बाद में दे देना । मगर राज कपूर ने प्राण साहेब के साथ चीट किया फिल्म ने बहुत पैसा कमाया ,इतना कि मेरा नाम जोकर का नुकसान पूरा किया,बंगला लिया,जेवर छुड़ाए । और 1 दिन प्राण साहेब के पास राज कपूर गए और बोले ये लो 1 लाख रख लो । प्राण साहेब को बहुत गुस्सा आया और उसके बाद प्राण साहेब ने फिर कभी राज कपूर के साथ कभी काम नहीं किया

Wow Premnath worked in the English Film then.. infact he only made it.Unimaginable...i saw him in Films like Karz and Kalicharan during my childhood that too on the TV. He was the leading Hero of Bombay Hindi Films Once and later became famous as a Villain and Character Actor.

Was lucky to have met Him, Humble Great Actor down to earth person❤❤

1 special aura tha in logo ka alag se bilkul!! When I see people like Premnath ji, Pran ji and all these actors of yesteryears, these people really stood apart from the rest of the crowd! Be it their voice, their physique, their overall personality, their talent, they really looked like they were cut out for something different! But see today's current actors and compare them with these gems. Today's actors just seem so dull and ordinary in front of these actors.... This is a fact, unfortunately.
