This brings the material library for the Fuse 1 to three distinct powders, which includes Nylon 12 and Nylon 11.
Now I want that scamner. That is some impressive tech!

That needs to be on a stick
Wow !
Cool video thanks for the overview. Kind of defeats the purpose of the kit if you have to send it out to an external service to sinter.
Price and link?
$299! Here’s the link to purchase: sourcegraphics.com/product/magigoo-coater-starter-kit/
I've an S5 in Italy and... just curious: (1) can I get this processing in Italy and how much does it cost? (2) is all of this shipping-required process more affordable (and reliable) than having it directly printed outside? (or PLA-based molded) (3) are the tolerances managed, so that I do not wait days (weeks?) for the final (expensive?) piece and then... is not correctly dimensioned?
Pretty cool but I guess I wouldn’t spend 7k on it…
@@lightningamez4089 it’s the apple of consumer 3d printers
Ultimaker S7 is more expensive than the S5 and has the *same small build volume.* no thanks, LOL! 😂
Raise 3D printer are better in every metric, performance, features and cost
i do not like the sending out to be sintered part of it
I'm wondering how easy it is to make a setup that takes care of this in-house
I guess there is an S5 behind it? Looks like it has bowdentubes on top of the printer, making it look like an S5 extended. :P
You are correct! 😅
But is it better then the Bambu 😎
All depends on what you're looking and who you are. From everything we've heard, the Bambu printers are performing really well so it will be interesting to see what happens as they grow!
TBH Ultimakers work very good, but after ive seen and used the X1 Carbon, the Ultimaker is a nono for me 100%. This is no real inovation, they stagnated the same way prusa did for too long now and it shows. Get yourself a X1 carbon and be a happy dude for arround 1/4 the price.
We've heard over and over that the X1 Carbon is an awesome printer! It'd be great to get our hands on one to try out eventually. There's definitely room for both of them though, depending on what you're looking for. The UltiMaker printers might be a bit more scalable right now due to the whole ecosystem that surrounds it (Cura Essentials, Digital Factory, etc.), which is sometimes exactly what a business or university is looking for. It'll be exciting to see how Bambu develops their software/hardware combo over time!
Helpful to know this info. Thanks!

hey, he is Ethiopian. Not that it matters.
Materials don't show up for custom printer. Am I doing something wrong? It says "installed". Any help is welcome. Thanks.
Screen / printer sleep mode is nice but the speed? I take it as a poor joke because theres no big difference in speed, or it's not noticeable.
Making jewelry .
Hi looking to buy one 3D printer can you please tell me how much. Everything the complete set.
any new 3d prenter for jewellery making !!
Website doesn't technically say any resins are compatible with the 3+, so is it safe to assume the 3 resin cartridges are compatible with the 3+?
Great question! You’re correct. All of the resins compatible with the Form 3 are also compatible with the Form 3+.
Screen stops responding. Letting you know
They can make whatever they want, I will never do business with this company ever again. There are better options now.
I'd like to know what resin printers are better than Form (me too had a bad experience with Form)

great video .... can u tell us how to make those floating shelves at the back
Hi Akash! These are just some floating shelves we purchased. We didn't make them. Thanks for checking out the video!
The chassis at 0:56 looks amazing. Can you share or point to the design?
so expensive tho
@hi_ho It is actually a great value compared to more expensive options. This printer is definitely changing the game for a lot of companies who use 3D printers.
Gosh, the few examples in focus look poor, oh well what do you expect for 20k, I would buy it if only they offered a $3000.00 shop vac, what's that they do!
Hi Othoap! We are actually very impressed by the quality coming from the Fuse 1 for the price point. You can get a free print sample if you'd like! Go here to get that: sourcegraphics.com/formlabs-free-print-sample Thanks for checking out the video!
@@Source_Graphics Keep your samples been down that road with you guys. When I had my forms 2 you promise me you would send me samples of your different resins, it never came. So I sold the forms 2.
@@othoapproto9603 I am so sorry to hear that! That is a shame. 600$ for 6 Kg of powder, with 30% of that going lost as minimum (i.e. 180 dollars). A bargain. I'm not going to use this to build the pedals of my bicycle... 😅
Hey giulio, You actually don’t waste powder. The refresh rate means in a new build you are using 70 percent recycled powder that gets collected from the sift and 30 percent new powder. So no you don’t lose 180 dollars. Because of this and no supports, parts on sls printers are way less expensive. The refresh rate is a good thing.
If you‘re having such „issues“ then you are clearly not the customer for this type of machine. This is for small scale production not for the average hobbyist 3d printing people.
@@alcatrazlongboards9257 actually I'm not an hobbyist, I run a little company and I'm looking with interest at 3D printers for developing new products. This machine is clearly for companies having a small portfolio of "rich" customers asking for special, if not unique, designs.
@@hoangvan6104 I think that after warming the powder two or three times the quality of the printing will go under the floor. Maybe you can use this approach just for the first prototypes of your product.
This isn’t necessarily true. As you refresh the powder it truly lasts awhile. We’ve ran over ten full builds and the powder that we wasted in very miniscule. So no 2-3 prints will not make it go through the floor. Also with out supports you don’t use as much material as well. Sls truly brings price per part down. It might not fit your needs but in production sls is the way to go when it comes to 3D printing. Take a look at other sls machines and come to the conclusion. There isn’t a need to knock it with out even printing with it. There’s a market for every 3D printing.
The print bed is not leveled when the printer is first set up. The manual that comes with the printer does not show how to level the bed. It has three or four pages in English and the remaining pages are the same text in many other languages. This video does not show how to level the bed. There is a seeing for that if you move through the touch screen. There are three adjusting nobs two in the front and one to the back. When in leveling mode the print bed rises to the top a provided card can be used to set the leveling. Other videos mention the need for leveling eg. ua-cam.com/video/qMlB4SXMGkY/v-deo.html
Hi Earl! We can absolutely make a video on that if it would be useful for you. Let me know if you'd like us to do that. Thanks for checking out the video!
I know how to level the bed. Makers Muse pointed out an issue that is a squish he called elephant foot. The first layers get squeezed and pushed up. This is my issue right now. This happens most often when a rectangular print is oriented along the Y axis. It shows on the front of the print near the screen. I have some ideas about changing the settings in Cura regarding the first layers.
Was hoping you do the first print but still a top notch video and very informative! Was considering to buy form 3 or the 3 L
Hi Buran, Thanks for checking out the video! We have the machine running in our headquarters and can send you a free print sample. Go to sourcegraphics.com/formlabs-free-print-sample to request one.
