I do similar like type of work. and definitly less hectic. I like having calls where its going to be a unpredictable outcome so every time it will be different. rather knowing im going to get shot at every time lol.

so straight to the answer yes-ish. so when you first install LSPDFR you can play it without no mods except the LSPDFR itself. I watch BenzoEffect alot for tutorials and hes my go to. He takes you step by step through everything. and almost all the mods he uses he has tutorials for. The hardest part is learning the keybinds and figuring out what works best for you! Its just like everything else and just takes time and practice and getting used to. I hope this helps!

I used player location display, and then I believe the status was attached to grammar police and there was an option in the menu to enable it
