Although it is K-trauma I watched it twice 😭🤌🏻 I cried like a baby even watching 2nd time!! Bro.. ik some don't like watching kdramas which has sad ending.. but I say this is 1000 times worth watching!! It's really heart wrenching series but trust me, the sadness the plot 🤪 the storyline (leaving for the part where she kidnapped him from hospital cuz that's quite insane thing to do 😂) it's just perfect!
