I think you are trying to get more views on your videos. You need to optimize your channel and do video seo to reach your target audience. Otherwise, if you upload videos to your channel throughout the year,none of your video will get viral views. But if your channel is optimized a little and if the videos are seo then your channel will rank very first and also your channel will grow.
