Obese fruit flies - comical. I have now heard it all. Even fruit flies have to diet. I am curious about the length of time to fast before and after exercise.

You don't look really healthy by fasting
I just completed a week of 16/8… plus one 24 hr fast at the end of the week. My 24 hr fast was incredible! I experienced great mental clarity. It was almost like being high. I did get cranky after I ate for some reason. I broke fast with cabbage soup. I have to say that I will be practicing this regularly from now on. Thank you for your encouragement’

Going without water is not a good idea
Absolutely I agree with you. I encourage staying hydrated in all my videos and drinking at least 8 glasses of water a day. 💦🙌🩵
