Sandwiches na lang ang ipabaon mo sa anak mo, include some of his favorite snacks and beverages including water. My grandson is a picky eater and among few of the items he would eat are take out french fries and plain cheese pizza, but since my daughter can’t buy take out everyday, she bought some ready to cook bagged frozen fries and boxed frozen pizza(Dr. Oetker is their favorite), cooked some and made his son try them and he liked them. In the morning, before school, either she cooks the fries in the air fryer, or the pizza in the toaster oven. Either one, she lets cool a little bit, then puts in a plastic container, adds some Doritos and maybe some granola bar. Sometimes she makes a batch of pancakes, freezes them and takes out only what she needs, heats in the microwave or toaster oven. My grandson likes it too for lunch. Even if the food is already cold by lunchtime, he still eats them.

I also see a lot of new houses in Manila with very high ceilings with floor to ceiling windows and only one Aircon in the living room. They'll find out soon enough how impractical that is during peak summer

Sa Edmonton kayo mag downsize until the prices are low and affordable bec in the next 5 yrs the prices will become like Calgary. Brand new houses in Edmonton are close to school and amenities.

Your property tax you pay is base how big or living space in your house. If you have finished basement but you hardly use it then it is waste of money unless you can get it rented and utility bill that comes with bigger house is not worth it. Rather have big lot (pref. farmland) than biggest house in the neighborhood.
