I really like the Phantom despite how it seems everyone else prefers the MK2. I often consider different builds that play to different ships strengths, but the Phantom can do almost anything. In fact, I killed my first Cyclops with a Mod Shard Phantom! Anyway, I have never been very good with PAs or rails, but this weapon set up looks fun. I will be trying it myself soon.
