I ended up letting Protea Alter shuffle my party around, but I got super lucky. Kama (my main DPS) ended up on the front lines on all 3 shuffles. Also, for those who are wondering, this battle has a secret turn timer. If you don't defeat Protea Alter within 10-11 turns, she fully heals and starts getting astronomical HP values UNLESS you bring specific Servants.
