É o mago não tem jeito
I really hope Bill got paid handsomely for his roll, he did a outstanding role as Davy Jones. Pirates felt so empty after without him
Man those Movies were Marvelous... Incredible CGI at those times. It felt Real. Now it's all plasticky and doesn't blend.
That's Viktor
I have got to hand it to the other actors in this scene. Jones (Nighy) is without his curses, his deep-sea demon visage, and yet he loses none of his aura. The way Beckett’s men all but throw themselves out of the way when Nighy enters, the way Norrington’s (Davenport) pistol shakes ant him and the governor’s (Pryce) overall disgust and grief. I can almost see one of Jones’ tentacles flicking in mockery when Nighy lists the Dutchman’s rules, when he bounces in place. The ONLY ONE who treats this as if nothing is wrong is Beckett (Hollander), and I freaking love how unfazed he is even when delivering comforting news.
You made a great video but where are your viewers and subscribers, because I know you are not increasing the number of viewers and subscribers because of not doing SEO for your videos. Can we discuss this in more detail?
many times watch this, never saw this scene
"so he wasn't always tentacly?"
Whats the minister of magic doing here
Even as a deleted scene this looks like a masterpiece. The tone and acting is on point. Don’t understand why this was cut.
These have a casts of amazing actors. I love everyone's amazing acting skill
Bill Nighy was absolutely perfect in this role, one of the best franchises of the 2000s. Davy reached the point he no longer cares
Wow. Looks nothing like the guy from the Monkees.
😄
Davy Jones is one of my all-time favourite villains and it's all thanks to Bill's performance bringing him to life.
Took me a long time to realize this way Viktor from underworld
Slartibartfast.
I wish they would do a special edition with this scene finished in the movie
CGI may evolve, but nothing replaces spot on acting. Every mannerism, his dialect, every last twitchy tick just shows he’s not only playing a character, but a personality.
Man didn't need cgi
1:34 I love his smirk so much🔥
An important note here is that the actor knows what his final CGI form is. Specifically, in the movements of his head, Nighy knows he has tentacles on his face, and is physically compensating for the weight of them to ensure the final design moves properly.
One does not dismiss Sam gangee.
His mannerisms are just out of this world.
How can still be Davy Jones??
The science guyhy
Witcher 3 fan here doing mental backflips of joy when I heard he word “Goetia” in another piece of media
bill nighy the man you are !
Beckett: Thank you, Admiral. Norrington: I didn’t do it for you, Lord Beckett. Beckett: So I gathered.
Hilarious outfit seems like making him more psycopathic maniac. like Riddler from Batman
문어 움직임이 보이네 ㄷㄷ
Вот это игра. Ни один актер в России...
I'd happily watch the whole movie with bill irl like this.
YOU KILL ME, YOU BECOME ME, EITHER WAY I LIVE
Bill Nighy is so good, the way he does Davy Jones in POTC and Viktor in Underworld is top class and super memorable.
even without the special effect, my brain auto draw the Davy Jones into the character
He has so much control, every inflection, every movement. This is masterclass motion capture.
"Will ye serve-uh?" The legendary pronunciation
The voice is so perfect
What is amazing you can see him even without the cgi. His crab leg as he steps and stops and then rises. His half side bended head. His speech. His mouth movement and his terrible cruel look. Those made Davy Jones. And as an actor he nailed it as always..
This scene shouldn't have been deleted at all. It explains more to the context of the film. I would restore it, if I were to.
a terrible geis
He seems equally as threatening
This scene was deleted because……???
Plot hole I've just thought about: what happens if the captain stabs his own heart? Why wouldn't he do it after hundreds of years of living in this form?
He got used to it .
I think this scene was deleted because it too openly reveals this plot hole: How can Becket thread to kill Davy Jones and make him obbey if Becket would neither become Dutchmen Captain like Gouverneur Swann.
Everything is real in this scene aside from the CGI character. That helps!
This is hilarious. Everyone in costume and he is with a bunch of small balls all over his body. It's like a goth in the kindergarten.
His movements are so animated its awesome
i didnt even miss the cgi
i dont remember this scene
Is this a deleted extend scene if so this makes perfect sense how her father got killed
