Tried to run the Finnish Championships relay, but the achilleas pain was there from the start and got worse and worse. In the end running 'on one leg' made it very exhausting and had to walk quite a lot. Orienteering was ok, even with unnecessary 30s on the first control and not the best control takings on the 2nd and 7th. And of course a mistake to the last control... :-) enjoy.

The Alastaro Circuit area is known for it's very fast terrain and wanted to try a very fast race to see how much time I would loose in such fast terrain. Tried to copy the stable performance from yesterday (good physics and 'brakes on'), but was not able to keep the concentration. First miss at no 2 as I wasn't concentrating on my own task. Wanted to avoid early mistakes, so was running 'with the brakes on' in the beginning. Not a perfect race, made some stops and took the controls quite slowly. Wrong route choice from no 3 to no 4, didn't understand that the opening was so good for running. But all in all, a very good result and easily to the A-finals tomorrow.
