this is a route ill be starting to do most weeks once my bike arrives, its a hybrid bike due to cost, i used to cycle hailsham to hampden park daily as was work commute
Quite a pleasant looking journey.
That path is known as the Egret's Way - hopefully it will be paved all the way soon. Good video.

Nice enough ride I suppose if you don't mind the terrible conditions of the roads and cycle path. I notice they are very quick to erect barriers and fencing around everything, but not so hot at fixing things, I wonder why. No that's not a question I know why, it's to send a message to the public, you don't own public infrastructure even though you've paid for it. People too stupid to kick up about it, obsessed by immigrants instead.
Cliff is never there when I ride along it. Or I don't spot him.
Great vid. Did you not fancy riding on the undercliff from the marina to Saltdean?
Prefer to ride on cliff top at start of ride as more effort thus fitness involved. On my way back did do the undercliff walk as easier. This time of year you do have to worry about stones on undercliff path as easy to get punctures.
@@thelargs I'm very new to this cycling malarkey so tend to skip difficult hills until my fitness improves. Agree with the stones on the undercliff. I've nearly taken a tumble before when I've not looked at what I'm riding over and hit a rock.

How long will it take?? And do worthing have some bicycle hire facilities like santander and beryl do?? Any information is appreciated..
Hi, it takes me about 2 1/2 hours to go from Brighton to Worthing and back again. That's on a gravel bike, with the hire bikes will take a lot longer. Worthing do have hire bikes - adur-worthing.westsussexwellbeing.org.uk/topics/being-active/donkey-bike-hire

Just like to point out at 1:00 you can go on the left road (it allows cycles), and then it has a dropped kerb at the lights into the Bike Box to go ahead, instead of waiting behind or filtering.
