I’m a 2nd Year Medical Student going into my 3rd year in 2025. I’m on HPSP, so I make 2700 a month, spend 1000 for a place to stay, and 500 on food for the gym. I blew a lot of money on women, and trying to learn how trade over the past 2 years, so my net worth is about 1600$ at the moment. I really have been thinking about saving up so I can get my first section 8 property, and compounding them from there. But your story on letting the market compound your money, really hit me. What do you think I should be doing?

My problem with sales (most times not always) is that you literally have to lie and pretty much scam people into giving you their money so you can make a profit. Its encouraged by the company and they will literally tell you to deceive people just for money.

had 39k at 21, now at 23 I only have 4.5k left. Had a sibling go through a mental health episode and gave a lot of money to help them out. Also decided that I wanted to learn computer programming. I think that overall, my value as a person just has so much more knowledge and potential compared to me at 21. I am fairly biased, but guys under 30 should take an opportunity to learn over an opportunity to earn. Look at the data your earning years are later in life.

How do you even get those leads to provide the agents is my question… it seems odd that people would need a middle man to find an agent to help sell their property. I'm 35, 18 yrs into ups, house paid off sometime in 2026 if i stay the course, 2014 supercharged mustang gt paid off, 1976 chevy c20 paid off. But ill tell ya id be a lucky sob if i could pull 10k in cash from my bank to the change in my couch... never have had more than 20k or so in cash and that was after selling a vehicle and saving for a bit. So what i wanna get out there is at nearly 20years with ups I'm cooked. Least at 20 and need to find another plan going forward because you said it simply best, "freedom is truly what matters". Started with Instagram theme pages while in school, made some money with ads. Made a twitter teaching theme pages and working with some clients acquired through my twitter, and a couple K through courses. Made an agency for managing ig ad campaigns during nft hype, then continued to do so after with biz niche clients. Tried building an ig software scraping business, failed. Tried our hand at ecom too. Now all in on crypto.

i regret not working on myself the most. I wish i had never ate alot so i dont have to suffer in the future with the burden of my own doings. But that will change soon. I will upload that video i will apply for that gym i will try to be better
