So you talked about feathers and water coming out, but from where? Theres no hold for that and no real space between the metal plat and the edge of the drum, so while water can escape the feathers ....i just dont see how they can get out. Is there a video that shows how you finished this and that shows it in action?

This tin they sell now is junk. You can jump on my old tin and not even faze it. I bet its twice as thick as the trash they sell now.

I made one of those years ago just using 2" x 4"s and it works great for slabs. No need to build it so tall. Waist height is perfect.

Beautiful trailer. Only issue for us is it has so little room on each side of the cooktop. Wifey’s cooking style requires a bunch more space right next to the burner area as she pulls together her masterpieces.

We have been debating between propane heat and your system. I like yours better because you can regulate the temp easier I believe. Thanks for making this video.
