    It is recorded that the earliest people migrated up from Africa to the Middle East, to China and to the Siberian peninsula before crossing into North America. They then sailed down the coast. Europeans sailed from Europe to the Eastern America. So everyone who ended up in North America were immigrants - including Indians. No indigenous people (except those born here, including caucasians ).

    This helped me so much. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for this interview. My long distance partner took his own life after we were close to breaking up. We loved each other so much. But the relationship was more and more complicated and had hurtful moments. He had CPTSD from the battlefield, Asperger’s and childhood trauma. He was so troubled ever since we met. I always thought i could heal him with my love. But I have my own deep wounds that needed healing. On that day, I was proposing saving our love by doing our therapy and inner work so we could build a healthy relationship later in time. He was already in a mental health facility in that moment. I regret so much that in that moment, I told sent him a long letter via text about how our relationship dynamic hurt me throughout the years. But I told him how much I loved him and how deeply I want us to heal. He replied that he understood and he said good night to me. That he would go home. I didn’t understand what he meant with home. But after trying to stop him ( I called his phone 40 times, sent him so many messages asking him to speak with me, not to harm himself, I loved him) but it was too late. There was nothing I could do because we were so many miles apart. It was and still is traumatic. It happened two weeks ago. I am so full of regret and guilt and so heartbroken. I miss him so much. Your words were amongst those that helped me a little. Thank you so much.

    • @Esears23
      @Esears23 Рік тому

      @@podcastunderstandsuicide6823 oh dang. Okay I understand. I wish we could do that, so we could have time before taking the exam. We graduate (pass comps during that) then we have to take the NCE to become an associate. We can’t start working (outside of the internship time in school) until we are an associate. Then we have to work as an LPC-A for 3000 hours (minimum 18 months). At that point, we can stop with supervision and become fully licensed independently. Makes sense. Yes. My husband committed suicide and it blew our lives apart. It has been a year and a half and the devastation continues to unwind. Gunshot to the head, I found him in our garden under the kitchen window. The person I was before it happened is gone forever, and a stranger stands in her place. My daughters too.
