I think mine has a plate that runs along the top of the radiator with doesn’t let me get behind to hook onto anything. There is one long narrow slit about where the F is, unless it’s down there somewhere. Have looked in the repair manual for a diagram of the mechanism but nothing of use to give me a clue. Thanks.

Hi , my one’s locked suddenly now. I pull the cable and nothing happens. What exactly are you feeling around for under there.? Something to the left of the mechanism. Bleeding my brakes and can’t open the friggin bonnet now all of a sudden, to top up fluid. Mines the same colour, willow green looks like.
