This is dumb that I don’t get to choose my username to begin with

Unfortunately contacting vinted didn t get me anywhere with my lost parcel

I did this but they said they couldn’t change the username because of security reasons and that members who were I contact of me don’t lose my account

Followed instructions, sent request, got an immediate automated response to tell me what we already knew. They won't change the user name while there are ongoing orders. Thanks anyway.👍
