Thanks for stopping in. I started this channel as a goofy karaoke channel to make people laugh. Somewhere along the way I decided to start putting song lyrics together that I have written over a span of 25 years. Having lived in Nashville Tennessee when I was young, and growing up around the likes of Randy Wood, Ron Bledsoe and Don Pierce ( My Parents Employers) I became interested in Songwriting. I was lucky enough to live just down the road from Twitty City, my dad was friends with his brother, So I got to meet the Late Great Conway Twitty. My Father was a DJ back when all of the Country Music Legends were in full bloom, a few months ago I pulled these songs from my attic and decided some were worthy of being heard. During putting them together, I began writing again. I never dreamed of being a Star, just a songwriter. Therefore, I decided to try to put these together myself, as I hear them in my head. This song speaks to how my heart felt when the person I waited on my whole life, who I truly thought was the love of my life, lied to me, betrayed me, and blocked me. It literally knocked the breath from my lungs. He even made a profile on a site asking for female friends and saying he had no girlfriend a day after I found my mother passed away in her car from alcohol poisoning. I was in great emotional pain, to say the least, when I found out about all the transgressions against my love, trust, and loyalty. I started taking pills to deal with the pain and stayed on them for 14 months. I'm off now. Focusing on my healing and my health. Physically, I've never felt better and I'm slowly getting there mentally as well. It's been rough. Jesus was with me through it all , He never left. He's giving me the strength to be a better person in every way.
He sounds like a user and a loser, hope this song made your heart feel a little better and hopefully you will find someone who treats you better, thanks for listening.

What We shared Years ago was Real at least on My part, I dont know what happened to the words that We said to each other??? Remember the Words that Nothing will Stand in our way but in reality and truthfully speaking, What I've been through and what You have been through it's the same thing.
