      There is no demo version of Aspen Plus; a license is needed to use it.

      To be honest with you, I created those videos a while ago and while I can't recall the exact source, I do remember using Kamal al-Malah's book "Aspen Plus: Chemical Engineering Applications" published by Wiley. You can find the specific source and examples in this book, as well as additional resources.

    I'm following this exactly but getting this error, any ideas what I can do? - Feature: Stationary Solver 1 (sol1/s1) Failed to find a solution. Maximum number of Newton iterations reached. There was an error message from the linear solver. The relative residual (0.53) is greater than the relative tolerance. Returned solution is not converged. Not all parameter steps returned.

      Dear Nate, It appears that your simulations have not achieved convergence. May I ask which version of COMSOL you are using? If you are following the video tutorial step-by-step and encountering this error, it could be because you are using a newer version of COMSOL than the one I used previously. Here are my suggestions to overcome this error: "Maximum number of Newton iterations reached." ---> Try increasing the iterations in the Study/Stationary. If the relative residual decreases with increasing the iterations, you can be sure that this is the answer to the problem. "There was an error message from the linear solver. The relative residual (0.53) is greater than the relative tolerance. Returned solution is not converged." ---> Since software updates may introduce changes to numerical methods and solutions, I recommend attempting to use a different numerical solver in the Study/Stationary to resolve your solution.

      @@HamedHoorijani it's version 5.4. These are good suggestions, I will keep them in mind for the future. I was actually able to get the exact same solution as you by changing a step in the process. I added non-isothermal laminar flow multi-physics to my component, and for some reason that was enough to bring everything together. Thanks for your answer, and thanks for the great video!

      Hi Dear Jorge, Unfortunately, I don't have the academic publication related to this work, yet. If you are interested I can recommend the work of my good friend, Behrad, who investigated the single- and multiple-spout fluidized bed. Behrad Esgandari et al. "A comprehensive comparison of Two-Fluid Model, Discrete Element Method and experiments for the simulation of single- and multiple-spout fluidized beds", Chemical Engineering Science, Volume 267, 2023, 118357.     سلام، ممنون از آپلود ویدیوها. ویدیو مشکل صدا داره یا فقط من این مشکل دارم؟ من از ویدیو قبلی (مثال RTD) خیلی استفاده کردم، خیلی خوشحال میشم اگر یه مثال هم در زمینه شبیه سازی سیال (آب) و ذرات جامد داخل اون یه ویدیو بسازی. خیلی ممنون

      You can simply generate a video of the transient results in time using other tutorial clips uploaded on my channel, for the same model as the model shown in this clip but without considering the below rectangular in geometry part and the same boundary conditions in heat transfer and laminar flow.
