I started riding in 1968, the fastest bike I've ever ridden was my late friends 1979 Suzuki-Gs-1000 that had been bored to 1,274-cc, a Yoshimura Stage-II racing head, a pair of Yoshimura Stage-II racing camshafts, a Yoshimura racing exhaust, and 4-Mikuni 33mm smooth bore carburetors, with a 13.5-1 compression ratio, which had to use racing gas with a minimum octane rating of 114 or higher, I rode it in 1992, he said to shift gears at 10,000 rpm, I did a 20-mph roll, and could not see anything but the white line in the first 3 gears, when I shifted into 5th gear, I was going 145 mph, and jumped on the brakes, when I got back to his house, he was smiling, and I told him It was way too fast for riding on any city street, for someone without any prior experience would be dead with a quickness, he passed away in 2007 {R.I.P.} David, you are missed.😔Subbed.👍

I would love to see a drag race of this vs. the Kawasaki H2R
That would be a very interesting race. The H2R will beat it off the line. But the Tomahawk will catch it depending on the length of the race.
If we are dream racing, let's throw the 420R and the ls218 in, put em on a 4 lane highway. Make it a 5 mile race. Record the whole thing from several cameras and angles, so we can get the full picture for the whole race. See who gets the Hole shot, who accelerated fastest, and who has top speed.

Hyabusa. LMAO. Afraid the Hyabusa doesn't cut it. Many bikes are faster than the Hyabusa. I believe you need to update your 10 year old list.

@MotorbikeEnthusiastsPlayground well I own a Kawasaki ZX14R and it will have the Hyabusa for lunch on its worst day but there many faster than the Hyabusa the Kawasaki H2r would definitely be #1 then the BMW 1000rr then probably the Suzuki gsx1000r. This bike is Suzuki's fast one. Sorry but the Hyabusa doesn't make the list. I didn't include the dodge because this bike isn't available
