I run legendary pve alot and when I reported someone that i knew was cheating, making game glitch; i made a video on the agent after the run, and ive never seen em since.... I'm a day one on this game trust me I know what I could use I choose not to because this works if you know how you move with it. and I'm aware I won't have the buff in a all out open fight in a server but guess what you don't have a buff with adrenaline rush either just a slight bit more survivability which I don't necessarily need hell if I die I'll just come back lol it's not rocket science I will still hit the same amount of damage while vigilance is disabled vs having adrenaline rush so I rather stick with vigilance
