Dance / Electronic / Emotive deep tech house from the Balkans and Adriatic Sea.
Residing and raised in small Balkan, Adriatic coastal city, Ulcinj in Montenegro on the border of Albania. KINGJA is an electronic dance music project driven by 31 year old Shkelqim Ravja. It quickly caught the ears of the A&R at the largest dance music label in the world, Armada Music who caught on to an unlicensed remix by the artist of a below the radar Albanian group, Shkodra Elektronike and their song “Turtulleshë” that had picked up viral traction online. This was all thanks to an unlikely soon to be Scottish influencer, electronic music fan and pensioner @brianstewart2378 who shared the song on his Instagram with his turned up dance moves while enjoying a Saturday night cider.
Now with the artists debut major label single out, KINGJA is on a mission to prove longevity with his unique brand of exquisitely produced deep world and ethnically inspired tech house music. Debut EP is to follow.
