    really need to move out of the sympathetic state. I want to gain a zest for life that I never had, I have recent grief loss of my special mother and I need to heal myself so that I can cope much more easily than I am right now thank you.

    I have been doing this for 2 and a half months now for the first couple of weeks i couldn't visualise the light now I see bright blue light and when I move my hands up and down I can feel deep heat
