🖇️To make this dessert, first mix the gelatin powder with a little cold water and put it on a gentle steam until it becomes completely clear. We heat the milk. Heat the cream on low heat. Add honey, saffron, vanilla, rose water to the milk and mix. Add gelatin little by little and mix. Add the cream to the dessert ingredients and mix well. Pass the dessert through a strainer and put it in the refrigerator for 2-3 hours.
To serve, we use a few slices of strawberries next to our dessert. If you make this dessert with chocolate flavor, you can use chopped chocolate to serve in addition to strawberries.
