Great video, helps me plan. I was thinking I could do some assembly at home, but doesn't look like it. What is your total estimate for time?
I saw another video of a guy had the floor and the top section put together and hauled everthing out on his quad and all the legs were put together, but then braced everything and put the stand together in the field.. if you have a small utility, there is no doubt you could put some together at home before going into the field.
Great video! Did the stand include the long stakes you hammered into ground? How did it hold up this past season?
Are those concrete blocks you set it on?
I used a couple 2x8s and drilled holes through them to stake it. My spot was basically a drainage so that helps it to not sink in the mud and keep it off the ground for rust prevention.

Hey Jacob, it’s holding up pretty good and yeah we use the small buddy heater 70 bucks or so and does pretty well
My buddy has 6 on his property. This will be 4 of his 3rd season. The are holding up well. I got one a few days ago
What’s the flex seal do? Rust prevention is my guess? I put mine up 2 weeks ago and will hunt for it this weeekend for the first time.

I am putting this same blind together with help from another, But we cant get the cross beams to line up to save our lives! Any advice>?
Have two people lift and hold the legs and install ONE cross brace between all four legs placing them on the inside of the brackets.

What sizes did you go with
The vest is one size fits most, I’m 5.11 / 240lb and went with xxl hoodie & 42 pants. I would say runs true to size.
