Federal Reserve Bank of San Francisco
United States
Приєднався 5 січ 2016
We are the San Francisco Fed, public servants with a congressionally mandated mission to promote a healthy and sustainable economy and support the nation’s financial and payment systems. With offices in Los Angeles, Seattle, Salt Lake City, and Portland, as well as cash processing in Phoenix, we are the Twelfth Federal Reserve District. We serve one fifth of the nation’s population-the largest and most diverse of the twelve Federal Reserve Districts within the Federal Reserve System.
As part of the nation’s central bank, we inform monetary policy, regulate banks, administer certain consumer protection laws, and act as a financial partner to the U.S. government. We listen, learn, and reflect the communities we serve so we can make better decisions and policy to help our nation thrive.

The video discusses how the labor force needs to increase as the working-age population grows, and how job growth needs to keep pace with this expanding labor force to hold the unemployment rate steady. This is the concept of “breakeven employment growth.”

Mary Daly is a high school dropout who ruined a large bank. We are woke now
The lady who says some academic journal said in the past lag is two to three qtrs. Does she not know that businesses and individuals don’t reset large contracts every half a year? It takes typically a year and then bull whip effect still needs to kick in
US policy makers through endless sanctions, tight monetary policy, and geopolitical monkey business are driving the US economy to the ground.
She loves citing lagging indicator 7.7%!!
You are imploding US economy as world laughs at your stupidity
Daly is smart and sweet
Unfortunately, Oblivion Coffee did not survive the the pandemic and closed it’s door in September 2020.
