    I would say, work on your breathing, from the very first rep. Holding your breath the first few reps hurts the number of reps you can do.

    130 with almost no bounce, good control, and rpe 9,5 I would say (there is room for 2,5kg, even more considering that you cant be 100% focused in that enviroment lol) is super impressive, give it a year and a few months, constant progress and you may aim for 150kg

      @davidbmbm12 134kg was my 1rm a week or so ago but I've been slowed down in December with 2 chest infections and a sick bug. My immediate goal is 3 plates but 150 is my long term aim for now.

      @@funnyvalentine6291 I do and on my arms, when I was younger I basically dirty bulked and lifted well and exploded in size (18st 4) and 19 inch arms. Cost me stretch marks.

I’m getting leaner, but also i got a strech marks on my shoulders going down to biceps, and behind on my lats. Ikit is a sign that im getting bigger, but idk i dont very like it. Hope they will fade soon

      130kg was my final warm up and I thought I'd go for 135 but decided to play it safer. Good call as 135 I think may have failed, 50/50.
