Hobbii Toucan Yarn Review - Is This the Perfect Yarn for Amigurumi?
You could sell all of them for like 20 bucks then😏
The Video is amazing thank, have you possibly done a pattern for a large sized dog? So same look just bigger?
Thank you so much! I haven’t made a pattern for a bigger dog but I’ve been thinking about it, and also adding some color to the face. So if that’s something you’d be interested in I can definitely make a video in the near future 😊💖
You've got yarn in plus? -GIMME IT NOW😅
Guarantee that is going to be so cute. I’m currently crocheting this project. It’s like a little blanket cause I know someone she’s pregnant and I wanna make a blanket for her.
I can totally relate. I only did 2 markets and the first was several years ago before I had kids. The second was a few years ago when I already had kids. Totally different seasons of life and many mistakes made when both markets. I didn’t do the research and see what would sell. I just brought what I had and didn’t even bring enough. I had no idea how much to even bring. At my first one, my signage was nonexistent and I only brought crochet patterns and a crochet book I wrote. It was my worst market ever. At my second one I sold a few but not much. On my next one, I will definitely bring more and up my game.
Hiii what’s the size of the dog? The plushie
I think every month you would add a few rounds that will be so cool 💙💙💙❤I love your work💙💙💙❤
I really want the chickyyyy!! How Much is it
I actually screamed a little at the beginning 😂 but the dog is adorable!!!!
Skein rhymes with rain 🙂 can’t wait to see the finished product!
Labour=♾
Pls pin me nikki
Sorry I’m 4 months late! I did see the video 2 months ago but didn’t comment. I have derp with a donut, nilla, cupcake pickle, sprinkle panda, ice cream cone Georgie, Shelly, and normal pickle. I think series 2 is my favorite series so far! ❤😄
Remember the eyes!! I do this too.
Cats can I have one
Adorable 😂❤
Thank you! 😊💖
where do you get your wool from?
Hi! This is actually chenille yarn, and I got this particular brand from Michael’s 😊💖
@nikkiiscutecrochet thank you so much!
That is a All from Jade octopus UA-cam tutorial
Omg yes I think you’re right! I totally forgot about that since most of my free patterns come from Insta lol 🤦🏻♀️ Thank you!!
STOP, IS THAT EUSTACE THE CAT ON THE BACKGROUND 😭😭😭
Gosh you’ve got a good eye lol! It is Eustace!!!! Him and Shelly are my favorites 😊💖
Stop because this is gonna turn out so cool in the end, can’t wait to see the journey!
Aw thank you so much, can’t wait to share it with you all 😊💖
What are you making with the stuff when no one buy it
Hi! I sell these at craft shows so I have to make a lot of them :)
3:37 omg your cat in the background is so adorable 😍
Aw thanks hahah her name is Fray and she’s a tortie 😊💖
Pricing is the hardest part. Takes the fun out of selling your plushies! 😂
Exactly lol, so stressful! 😫😂
Don’t forget it also takes a crochet hook and needle to make them. For a complete beginner it would cost them more. It’s the talent and the time. You wouldn’t make the money to cover the Time. Then there is the petrol to market, cost of the stall and displays, extra costs for bags if you supply them, it all adds up. Time to Market, set up and take down. People don’t really get it or do they? Your shorts are great thanks
Thank you!! That is so true, all those little things add up. I’ve even had to pay tolls to get to one of my shows before😫 I’ll actually be updating my prices in 2025 and will definitely keep everything you mentioned in mind! 😊
Great video. Love the breakdown and all your learnings Thank you
Aw thank you so much, so glad you enjoyed it! 💖
Thank you so much!!! The written instructions allowed me to listen to a story while crocheting then tune it out when you were making it make sense! 😀😍❤❤❤
Aw yay I’m so glad it worked out for you! Thanks a ton for your support😊💖 Btw, how did your dog turn out?!
I loveeeeeeeeee turtles 🐢 I like both but I like the big one better
I agree with you, it’s so cuddly! 😊💖
I see those same patterned stuffed toys for more money. Is your markup a little too low?
I think you might be right! I’ve gotten that feedback quite a lot recently, so I’ll be adjusting my prices in 2025 😊💖
Seems like Milly’s twin Edit I thought this was the woobles channel
Hahah I will take that as a compliment! I learned to crochet with a Woobles kit 😊💖
This is so cute!
Thank you my lovely friend 😘
Would you show us how you organize everything you make in your spreadsheet?
I would be happy to! I could do that in a future video, thank you for the idea 😊💖

Hi!! I love your content, I'm studying Software Engineering, any tips? 🥹 And also, what's the thing under the scrunchies? Looks stretchy but I have no clue 😅
Hi! Thank you so much 🥹 That’s so exciting you’re studying Software Engineering! What year are you in? There are a couple tips that come to mind and number 1 is make sure to network with people. Landing a job nowadays can heavily depend on who you know. Second is (if you haven’t yet), try to decide on if you want to focus on back-end, front-end, or fullstack programming. That way you can tailor your classes and learning to fit with your goals.😅 And the thing under the scrunchies are wristlets! They aren’t stretchy but they’re made of velvet so they’re suuuuper soft 😊💖
I enjoyed your enthusiasm over yarn! I love even more, what you can create with it.
Great video. I love my Blue Jay, Duck, and all 3 of our cats in the colors of their coats~~
Yay I’m so glad you love them!! 😊💖
LOVE your videos!
Thank you so much!! 😊💖
These are so cute 💖💖💖💖I need them
Thank you! Do you crochet? 😊💖
Can't wait to see the end result! I know its gonna turn out so cute💗
Aw thank you so much! It’s coming along, I can pretty much cover my entire head with it now hahah 😂😊💖
I felt personally attacked when you mentioned Hogwarts Legacy. 😂
Hahah it can be so hard to stop playing sometimes😂 Which house do you choose? I can’t help but pick Gryffindor every time lol😫😂
@nikkiiscutecrochet I'm a loyal Slytherin and have been since 2001 🐍 😂
Ah nice😎🐍 The dungeon common room always seemed so cozy hahah
Your eyes are SO PRETTY
Omg that is seriously so sweet! Thank you so much 😭😭💖💖
This video is so helpful thank you ❤
Aw yay thank you I’m glad you found it helpful! 😊💖
I agree that your prices are low. The $3.00 mushie pop is a good example of how one persons price can affect the market price. This hurts all the vendors who make similar products. As a rule I do this. Average out the cost of each item I make. Then check out other prices for that item or similar items from other vendors. Keeping in mind my area and the selling prices in my local area. They differ state to state and county to county. I price items as close to those prices. If selling online I match my prices to online prices as close as necessary. Keeping in mind that not all are created the same and some have more details. When vendors use the same patterns to create a product, crochete, woodworking, sewing, floral, and so on the price should be around the same for those items in that area unless the prices are lower than your cost to make them. This keeps the market fair and does not cause other vendors to lose sales because another vendor has shorted, “lowballed”, the market. Keep in mind that every item you make is hand made, you put your own style and creativity into that item and it is a form of art. Even if there are several vendors selling the same item, every vendors time and materials may not be the same and each piece is handcrafted and that makes it special. People who appreciate hand made do not look at it as too expensive because they know what it takes to make it. Never short yourself, you are a talented crochet artisan.😊❤
That is a really good point. Going lower with prices makes it harder for everyone else, and I definitely don’t want that. Thank you so much for your perspective and advice. I will definitely be keeping that in mind when I update my pricing for 2025. Wishing you an amazing year! 😊💖
Loved this video. You get right to the point & stay on track! Last year was my first year too but only did 3 events. Thank you for the tips & patterns! Hope you have a fantastic 2025!!
Aw thank you so much I’m so glad you enjoyed it! How did your 3 shows go last year? Wishing you an amazing 2025 as well 😊💖
How do you get it to go wider everytime I do mine it just stays the same as the beginning
Hi! Are you making a snake as well? Also what kind of stitches are you using? You’ll want to add increases until you’re happy with the width 😊 But it is definitely more of a challenge trying to figure out proportions for a giant plushie!
@ I’m currently trying to make a bat, but couldn’t figure out how to make it wider. None of the tutorials said I had to add an extension stitch haha thank you!
I heard someone who put the amount of time it took to make each item on the back of the price tag. I'd also include something like how many stitches there are or pieces. People don't realize the amount of time that goes into making amis (or many of the things at craft fairs).
That is such a good idea!! Especially for the pieces that require sewing, those always take so much longer (at least for me). Thanks for the tip! 😊💖
Great tips. I’m just starting to crochet.
Thank you so much! And welcome to the wonderful world of crochet 😊💖 What type of stuff have you been making?
Btw for stuffing you can just go to a second hand market and buy the biggest stuffed animal where i live that costs like 0,25€-0,50€ and just use the stuffing that it has
That’s such a good idea! Thank you for the tip😊💖
