You can totally buy something and do a review and then sell it on again as long as you aren't losing every time, and that would help keep the channel growing too. I think the impulsiveness is only an issue because you become interested in quite expensive things, like collectors items, drones, gaming consoles etc. So they all can cost quite a lot of money, maybe it's just a case of trying to be sensible with money but keep your impulsiveness! (somehow)

Just thougth I would suggest something; if you feel like parting ways with certain box sets, you could watch the content, review them in detail (like you have done in the past with various sets) and sell them on. That way, the box sets provide value to you by helping you grow your channel and your subscribers will benefit too.
