Second time I left the comment we'll try it again I learned to frame 40+ years ago in the Carpenters Union the contractors and inspectors didn't accept still framing used to take 5 + years to get a building accepted by the city that's too long to wait

I went to school to do that 40 years ago and I never took off with all the inspectors not understanding still Construction I've seen houses framed and never could pass inspection for as long as 5 years and then somehow they got finished I think it's a great way just hard to get accepted

If you make many of these every day, you can invest in building 'a vice' to clamp whole length in one hand movement to don't use individual clamps

Been doing a lot of checking people. If you’re building houses out of this metal remember it’s not thick enough to barely hold a magnet and there is a such thing is contact and once that starts, you can get rid of it and it’s gonna be just like these trailers rolling around all fall apart.

What gauge of metal was used? Were all pieces cut from C-stud? The verticals and diagonals look like it but are the long transverse chords made from the same gauge and width C-stud?

I did researched, designed and constructed it since then in previous employer back year 1990's and did it again here in the Philippines in my other employer back in 2013, a "Bahay Tibay" can be constructed in 24 hours.
