What you need to do is to let them make multiple mix of sand for each bag that way you can get quality blocks, let say 2 to 3 wheel barrows of sand to 1 bag of cement, they need to make each mound for each bag.

I also bought my land from an estate company and the digging fee is also 2000gh but it was added to the land price so you pay it to the real estate company and they will share it to the land guards. Mabel but what do you intend to build on your land? Have you got any design plans or some designs in mind? Try to do a rough sketch of your design to show us. Also did they do the boundaries measuring with the GPS. The old man is old school and he knows whay he's talking about from experience. I like him from listening to him. You just need a good design to build. But do what you can accordingly. Please double check the boundary cordinates from you document and use a GPS device to mark the correct boundary before you encroach into someone's land. Also are you building the fencewall first or starting the house first?

Mabel be careful of reptiles when moving those blocks, snakes and scorpions like hiding around them because it stays cool under them. So be careful please.

So how many 5 inches did they make for you? The 5 inches can also be used but iy will take some extra blocks. I believe they didn't have the 6 inches mould and decided to take advantage of you to do the 5 inches mould, but doing 5 inches means less cement was used and they must have kept it.
