as someone coming out of a very long burnout that started when i started college i genuinely thought i was done with vocal synths because i could not create anything i was satisfied with. i kind of put writing music to the back of my mind and randomly one day stuff started coming to me and the entire process became fun again. being an artist sucks because its a creative hobby and creativity is a mean and evil thing that only cooperates with you when it hits but the fun part is that it will hit again! and it might seem to just disappear again after but sometimes it sticks around and makes you like making art again. the point where it becomes a chore is the point where you go play stardew valley for 5 months straight until the creative burnout is over/j

Even though I’m a fan of ghost, I think your music is very different from theirs and the comparison probably just comes from them being quite a big part of the Engloid community but even for me it’s kind of annoying if other creators get compared to them, because they also have their own unique music and style. I can understand that creation might feel more like a chore and I can totally respect if you want to take a break or do less. I think it’s pretty hard to be an artist, no? You've already put out a lot of good stuff, way more than most people ever will! Don't rush yourself, everyone has to focus on themselves sometimes, its healthy to do so. While I'm not a creator, I've experienced tons of burnout before and I found that the best way to deal with it is to do other things-ones I still find fun-to give myself the chance to be inspired and build up enough energy to do what I initially intended. Also, I 100% agree the GHOST fandom can be super toxic, it's a prominent enough issue that it has kept me from interacting with the community despite greatly enjoying a lot of their work.

Make at your own pace and don't push yourself. Prioritize yourself! Also, if it helps, I will recommend Vocaloid music to people, regardless of their own tastes. I don't like your music because it "sounds like Ghost's", I like it because it sounds like yours. Regardless of whether you upload tomorrow or next year, I will be there to listen to it.

its fine if you gotta take a break (however indefinite it may be), eventually you will either get the urge and desire to create again, or you just wont, but even though i would love to see you keep making music, it will be ok if you dont make it anymore

I often really wonder why and how the fans got to where we are now. I first got into vocaloid in 2015 and got really into it in 2018. I won't lie, I was really obsessed with ghost but never,, like it is now? I can't really describe how newer fans are. I don't want to call them anything negative, a lot of then are younger and newer. But I really don't know how we got to this level of disrespect and just not knowing what they're talking about sometimes? With all the fighting over trivial things, comparisons, following a producer like a cult (lol), or trying to cancel everything left and right. It's to the point I'm scared to post about my own views of characters or art because what if it quite literally causes discourse lmao. I feel like that's a little off topic but I think your fans might be a little more civil to hopefully discuss it

I'm more of a casual fan, but I want to say, always do what is best for you. If your fans truly care we can wait. Take care of yourself and always follow and listen to your heart <3 I personally think your style of music is distinct, to me it has resemblance to goth and punk music, and I really like that about it! Keep doing what makes you happy

Please prioritize supporting yourself over your music, if you must. It is not the worst fate to be busy, do not force yourself to create. You are a human, too, and humans cannot constantly produce, create. In addition, I say this as a Ghost fan: the fandom is, in fact, abhorrent, and it is a sad shame that the majority separates everything into “Ghost” and “not Ghost”. Even if you do not stay a vocal synth producer, that is perfectly alright, and we will continue to support you and your works.

dude your music is such a delight for me. seriously, don't push yourself to constantly create. quality over quantity is always what I prefer. I had acid ran and out of sorts on loop this entire year! even if you didn't make many songs this year, what you made still had a place in mine and many others hearts

Take ur time Dmitry, your music is great and I do ACTIVELY listen to it. I don't give af on how long you putting out songs takes, and as long as you don't straight up delete everything you've ever made I won't be disappointed. (However if you do want to delete everything, more power to you, don't let anybody tell you what to do with your own art.) Ignore this bit if you want, but I'd like to give my two cents- I've never made stuff for an audience as big as your before; but i have burnt myself out on creative projects to the point where even thinking about them was exhausting. My advice is to take a break, try attempting things for yourself. I don't have much to say beyond that as I have no clue how to be a youtuber. Anyways, best of luck to you, man. Have a good evening!

about a year ago i started avoiding the ghost and vocaloid fandom and since then ive started seeing vocal synths as separate from the community, simply tools if there is no human voice to sing, the only artists that use vocaloid that i still listen to consistently are you and ferry, and i don't see either of you as "Vocaloid artists" i see you both as Organsdotorg and Ferry, two very different artists that happen to both use vocal synthesizers for their songs, i agree with everything said here and hate the way that ghost has sort of defined the entire english vocaloid community, i enjoy his art but he does not need to be the face of english vocaloid
