I came around the corner and the teenager on the scooter, hair blowing in the wind as she scooted along, tight to the building, not on the sidewalk. That car would not have seen her due to that and also the car parked there. Never had a chance to avoid her in my opinion. Still, you have to keep a good lookout, right?
