Concrete Recycler Water Holding Tank
Переглядів 2285 років тому
The waste concrete passes over the screener and is washed. The cement water from the screener drops down below into a holding tank and it is kept agitated to prevent the cement solids from settling on the bottom. The dirty water is either filter pressed to remove the cement solids or used in small quantities in new concrete production.

nice concrete placing boom
Wow...you guys put too much water in that concrete.
In NYC, all the extra concrete is poured all over the highways.
오~~good
오지 작업시 이거 하나 있으면 좋겠다
Good
What is that pipe for? Why would you put a concrete directly on the pipe?
Thats what i thought...
Why not scoop the fucking concrete up and just add water
Any comment how did they recycle concrete.
The waste concrete passes over the screener and is washed. The resulting clean aggregates are stockpiled by conveyor for use in new concrete production. The cement water from the screener drops down below into a holding tank and it is kept agitated to prevent the cement solids from settling on the bottom. This dirty water is either filter pressed to remove the cement solids or used in small quantities in new concrete production.
...And then this dirty water is dumped into a river. Good job!
The water is not dumped into a river. The dirty water is stored in a holding tank as described above and can be used in future concrete production or put through our filter press to remove the solids and purify the water. This filtered water is in turn stored in a tank of clean water that is used in every day concrete production. At no point does any of the water enter a water course.
سبحان الله وبحمده سبحان الله العظيم رب العرش العظيم شعب نضيف جدا جداا مثل عند العرب كل الاحترام لذلك القوم ومليون تحيه لهم من الاردن
yeah, get they wash em out and then the mixer whips it up but then what happens? how is the concrete recycled??
The one I was around there are screens to separate the sand and stone but it got clogged up with reinforcing fiber and died.
The one i use sucks too nothing but huge problems always broken and the slurry water makes new mix hot af. Hate it
Why? Cupper thiefs?
Was fully expecting the operator to toss the bucket up and down. Was pleasantly surprised.
Looks and sounds like you overloaded it
Amazing...in the UK though the channel would be right in the middle of the road and bending around all the fucking access covers /manhole covers that nobody ever goes down and make a right fuckery of the tarmac.
why do they concrete the pipe in the ground?
stability and protection
@@topgrafter2007 yeah but what about if u need to replace?
@@Starsunshine777 like ewrything else that's beeen coverd whit concrete u hammer it......

I want one
Concrete truck would be faster and more cost effective
not in europe
Looks like to me scared of getting hands dirty ffs
I have designed this in my head a million times to fit my Bobcat to make adobe block . Price would determine purchase.
Water/Cement Ratio....????😁😁😁😁
Ajinkya Patil if you were pumping out of a pre measured container, it could work. Pretty handy device really.
Better than most ratios I have seen in india. Like AACP precast which makes theirs as thin as soup. Over time you get to know what is right be looking at it. This was a good fix because it was still thick enough.
Is it useful for huge quantity of concrete like pavements with respect to time ?
Of course not it's like owning 2 average cement mixers. You won't need 5 concreters smoothing this because it's not a huge machine.
🚜👏👏👏🌁🌀
Rong To work
Looks way more cost effective than just having a mixer show up, and dump off the chutes into the trench, not.
Whats the price for one cement mixer to suit to a 3 ton digger?
Not sure if the wife will approve of me getting one to pour that 3 x 5 landing at the bottom of the stairs.
Where i get this machines, please provide cost details

BRENDA the morning and evening, so I
Laree Inglis nice work
Great Job !! WAH though !!
put the water in first ...or you will not have a mixer long
Exactly...dry contents will wear that metal mixer blade out super quickly... I'd have a pre-measured trash can of water .... just pour that in and then your bags of dry as the mixer is mixing....way faster....
Bad idea generally. If water is introduced before materials, it will result in agglomeration.
It's know amongst the precast industry that dry mixing first actually works a bit better.
That's ridiculous. You think it's any different when water is in there and the concrete is mixing? No. There's no difference.
How will you scoop up materials then if water is introduced first !!!!
Precision water measuring ;)
