Ingredients:
Aloo half kg
Matar 2 cup
Chawal 2 glass
Cooking oil 1 cup
Onion medium 2
Ginger Garlic Paste 1 tsp
Tomato Large 2
Green chilli 4 to 5
Red chili powder half tsp
Crushed Red chilli half tsp
Salt as per taste
Coriander whole 1 tsp
garam masala 1 tsp
Directions:
In a pot, Add cooking let it warm up oil.
Add onion & fry until light golden brown.
Add Ginger Garlic Paste,mix well cook for one minute.
Add Tomatoes and Green Chilli & mix well Cook until tomatoes are Soft (4 to 5)minutes.
Add red chilli,crushed chilli,salt mix well & cook for one minute.
Add Potato peas,mix well cook for 2 minutes.
Add water,mix well, Bring it to boil,cover and cook on high frame for 5 minutes.
Add rice,mix well,Cover and Cook on medium flame for 5 minutes.
when the water dry cover and Dum 10 minutes.
