A pool like this in Texas can range from 170k to 600k. You can go basic or full on with an sunken kitchen & 6+ tvs.
The average cost of a concrete gunite or shotcrete pool is 127k, or $260/sqft.
That small lip on the beam will cause water to seep under the coping.. and down behind the tile. Destroying it in winter

Wow you guys dug a pool with a Skid…you’re wasting your time with that thing. Get a mini and have the skid run dirt.
What do you mean? That thing is digging way faster than a mini... look how easy it is digging and the bucket capacity s like 5 times that of a mini bucket. Notice how it is hauling all the dirt to trucks out front? Would you rather use a mini and 1,000 wheelbarrows of dirt (or 1.000 trips). It dug the whole pool out in like 5-6 hours. Keep your mini...

With gunite you do the coves all the way around the pool from the bottom then the middle of wall then the top of the bond beam and then once all your walls steps and benches are done you shoot the floor on your way out at the very end. That’s the best way to do it

Hi, Question, currently have a new pool being built. They finished the shotcrete and did noticed that the umbrella hole looks like it goes beyond the concrete, noticed it when I was watering the shotcrete down seeing the water going down fairly fast (does not hold water) Should I be concerned about that and if so whats the best way to fix that with epoxy or add some concrete?
