Why do you seem to have a problem with considering another person as your property? Do you mistakenly believe the act is a "sin", or do you recognize that slavery can be morally acceptable if properly practiced the way the Bible allows?

That Sara girl seems very interesting. Would be nice to get to know. I just did a video that held a section about women indentured servants. It's a part of history that isn't talked about. This channel you have here is awesome. It's a privilege to hear people talk about books they read, whatever perspective it comes from. so awesome. Thanks for making such a cool channel that host cool people

Took a history colloquium course on the American Revolution with Professor John Shy. and the course met at the Clements Library where we would have access to primary source materials. Professor Shy was one of the best professors I had in history at Michigan and his thoughtful and critical comments on writing history were appreciated. I wish I still had those papers but I did learn to write better from John Shy. Studying US history at Michigan was on an intellectual level that has informed every aspect of my life. It was an honor to major in history at Michigan and taught by John Shy, J Mills Thornton, Shaw Livermore, Ken Lockridge, Raymond Grew, Ray Van Dam and noted intellectual historian Stephen Tonsor. This lecture will spur me to re-read A People Numerous and Armed. GO BLUE!
